Default Blackbear tune with e85, have questions before tuning

Im having my truck tuned next weekend by Justin and wondering what other tweaks I can/should do before hand. I'm gonna have it tuned on e85 so I'm wondering if a better plug runs better with e85 or not. Everyone with ls1's use ngk tr-6 but does e85 like a hotter or colder plug or doesn't matter? My truck is a 2011 silvo with a 5.3 with air raid MIT tube, modded air box and catback with a xr-1 muffler.

stock plugs are fine. most of your tuners will just add timing to the alcohol table. this way you still have an option to go back to pump gas. my truck is 100% e85. got tired of the adder table crap.

thats just me

I haven't paid much attention, although I should, are there plenty of these stations locally?

Not saying you can't, but just seems odd given you are running a stock compression 5.3. Has anyone shown significant gains to outweigh the loss in MPG on a stock compression 5.3?
