hey did you ever run your truck at the track before your headers and tune?? if so what did you run?

Yes i did, took it 2 weeks after i purchased from the dealers and gave me an awefull 15.7 then like 2 month after, i installed the cut out, (its like 2ft behind the stock muffler) and gave me constant 15.2s, i was suprised what the suposed cut out did, but maybe the engine still needed to "break in". Then came intake tube, headers, catless y, and tune, and 14s flat is where im at.

if its an electric open it after the 60' and you should hit 13s all day!

i don't know if i would go with a 28" tire.how tall is the tires you are running on now

i belive 245-70-17= 30.5" tall
my idea was to mount some M\H race masters 275-50-17 on my stockers wich are 28" tall, but would i have issuse's mounting the 275s on such skinny wheel. I think stock wheels are 17x7s...

stock wheels are 7.5"...you'll be ok...theres a lot of sidewall to work with.

dude if i am at a 14.8 (summer weather) now then do you think i could hit 14.3 or lower with headers and tune??? and yeah my cut-out droped my 0-60 from a 6.8 to 6.2 BIG DIFFERENCE!!!

headers and tune should easily drop you .5 sec on these trucks.
