So I have a 11' crew cab silverado 6l80e/5.3
I want more power but not heads and cam this is my dd.
I either want cubes or blower
Looking into a Maggie or crate LS3
I've never had a FI car or truck figure it would be fun
But if I do the LS3 I can sell the old engine and make some money back and also put headers and a catback..
I'll do all the work myself and each cost about the same so which would you do?

tvs 1900, headers, 2800ish stall. will be reliable and have plenty of power.

 

that boosted 5.3 will be the way man

 

Blower would be more DD friendly...mileage. The money you'd make back by selling the 5.3 would eventually catch up in what you'd save in fuel. If you can keep your foot out of it

 

Get the blower. This one's easy.
