Okay so I will be doing a 80e swap on a 08 sierra soon. Have a 05 trans, circle d stall along with the circle d flex plate. I know the rear mount cross member needs modified, the drive shaft shortened, the yoke that fits the 80 and repin the harness. What else am I missing? Also, I believe the TCM just needs flashed to a 80 OS?
Any help would be great.

You might need some tranny lines. Otherwise I think you have it covered.

 

My converter should be forsale shortly.

 

How much would you be asking for the verter?
