Hey JAVI, PM is arguing with me on the mobile version. What kind of tone does the Extreme have? Is it more of a rumble or a rasp? It is significantly louder than stock you said; does it sound badass while idling in park or in traffic? I just don't want to choose wrong and have to replace the muffler again. Mufflers aren't cheap and neither is paying somebody to weld it, LOL. I can't weld and I don't have the equipment, and I hate those clamps.

MPG IS SITTING AT 16.6 TODAY. STILL ON FIRST TANK AND DID SOME CITY DRIVING TODAY.

06Sierra2- Most of the GM trucks were single cab short bed 5.3/5.7 with 373 rear. About half were 2wheel/4wheel. But ya i get bored easily and want something different. The other half were mostly mustangs (5.0).

BrutalSierra-How hot is the trans getting? Mine has not got above maybe 165. I have been very nice to it.

I've seen upwards of 190 in Houston traffic. And that's not even in 100* weather! I'm going to invest in a 40k trans cooler!

Anything over 180* is too hot for me.
