i use to be just like you want man, power and no worries! cant happen! take care of your truck and it will take care of you! havnt heard of to many motors blown or trannys due to bolt ons, im fully bolted right now and not a problem one knock knock knock! going with a cam next, my point is if your worried to much about it you'll be scared and if you do mods you will buy mods that are a waste of time and money! i kno bc my dumbass did it! lol only reason they are going to look for something is if you give them a reason to! if its minor work they prolly wont even look at it! now if you talkn about replacing motor or tranny ya prolly but like i said how many have you heard of blowing? most ive heard are ones pushing over 600 hp and you wont be near that so i wouldnt worry

 

Thanks for the input. I will do a custom tune but will wait till I get some more miles on it. In the meantime, I will do a cai and headers. I have followed some of the other posts and have a good idea what I want.
