4l80e to what transfer case on nnbs swap?
I read through the GMT900 post and it was never stated how the 4x4 swap went. I know the 4l80 has a 32 spline output and the nnbs has a new style mp1222 transfer case with 27 spline input. Do I get a do I get a transmission that already has the transfer case attached and the computer can be programed for the older case or do I need to get a new input shaft / output shaft to match? My 60e is toast and trying to find out what I need. T case is manual shift on the floor.

From what I read there was a possibility to use the TCase input shaft from the NNBS Hybrid trucks since that is 32 spline but no one that i could find had actually tried it.
I will be going 4L80E as well and just want to ensure to get the right parts.

This is who you got it from? Phoenix Transmission Products | 700R4 - TH-2004R - TH-350 - 4L80E - High Performance Transmission Products and same question as the other guy did you have to lengthen the front and cut down the rear ?

Just change the transfer case's input shaft to the 6l80e 32 spline input. It fits right in... I know cause that's what I did on my 70e to 6l80e swap. Don't see what it wouldn't work the same. Now the adapter from transmission to transfer case is what I don't know if it will bolt up from an 80e, but it did on my 6l80e
If this helps ya! I have part number and all for T-case input shaft.
