Default 4L70E Shift Kit

I am looking for a shift kit for my V-Max and it comes with the 4L70E transmission. Will the Transgo Performance 4L60E-HD2 shift kit fit my transmission? Here is the link to the shift kit I am looking at getting http://store.summitracing.com/partde...700+4294806411

just get a custom tune, like Blackbear then you won't need a shift kit and will wake that Vmax up, which is a dog right now . . .

I already have a Black Bear Tune, I want to build my transmission to get a more aggressive tune. I was thinking of adding a shift kit, vette servo & a transmission cooler for now.

Well the Servo and the cooler yeah, but if you already have a Blackbear so Justin has already upped all the pressure in transmission lines then you don't need a shift kit. If you get a shift kit on top of the servo and the tune the back of your head will most likely hit your headrest when it shifts into second. Use he search button "shift kit" and read, there must be twenty threads on this damn website about shift kits.

I have 3.73 gears in my V-Max, will this vette servo work in my 4L70E?

Cool, I ordered the shift kit and the vette servo. I can't wait to get them installed.
