4.10s with a 6 speed?

I've got a 6 speed crew 5.3 & 3.08s... Also have 3.73s in the garage but this thread is making me want 4.10s!
Running I-70 thru Kansas, I might go 78-80 for an extended period, which would put me at 2260-2300.
2050-2100 for 3.73s at the same speed.
Although, I only run the highway every couple of months, 600 miles round trip, the rest is in town 45mph or less. Hmmmm, 2170 @ 75mph with 4.10s, and I could probably run in V4 mode much more often with the shorter gear.

Not running 4.10's, but running 4.56's with 305/55/20 tires and gas mileage improved quite a bit from the stock 3.42's. Gained about 2mpgs in both city and highway. If I had the stock tire I would not hesitate to run the 4.10's. Truck feels so much better, dosen't have to downshift that often when going up hills.
