I'd go 4.56 if I were you. You can sell your 4.10's pretty easily.

I've got a 6 speed crew 5.3 & 3.08s... Also have 3.73s in the garage but this thread is making me want 4.10s!

Running I-70 thru Kansas, I might go 78-80 for an extended period, which would put me at 2260-2300.

2050-2100 for 3.73s at the same speed.

Although, I only run the highway every couple of months, 600 miles round trip, the rest is in town 45mph or less. Hmmmm, 2170 @ 75mph with 4.10s, and I could probably run in V4 mode much more often with the shorter gear.

Not running 4.10's, but running 4.56's with 305/55/20 tires and gas mileage improved quite a bit from the stock 3.42's. Gained about 2mpgs in both city and highway. If I had the stock tire I would not hesitate to run the 4.10's. Truck feels so much better, dosen't have to downshift that often when going up hills.

What kind of mileage are you seeing and what mods besides gears and a tune if any?
