dont get me wrong i love my rcsb easy to drive but yet still a truck, but i hate DD it rides like hay wagon and rattles like a pop can rolling down the road. i would kill for a cc at any given moment. But 56k for every CC on the lot is out of the question. live and learn i guess

i am only buying it because i love the way regular cab looks lowered and it helps that its the lightest as well.....5.3 have same trans as the 6.2 for 2012 ?

5.3's do, I think the 4.8 is different

Yes, and yes. 6.2 and 5.3 have the 6L80E, while the 4.8 continues with the 4L60E.

Kinda new to the blog here, whats with all the BS,. How about some simple help your buddies with some proven steps that work. Who cares what you paid for it, answer the question and get involved......

Also have a 2012 SCLB 5.3 6 spd. 3.42 2WD and just wanted some tips on jucing in up. What tune works..... Did your headers really work....TQM .....Maybe something other than a shot of gas that works....Cam...........
