yeah man same thing you described happened to me. No remote start...door locks clicking every few seconds...acting like a dead battery with new battery in it....and very intermittent.
At the minimum take 10 min and put some solder where the negative cable is crimped to the battery terminal clamp and try it out.

As of last monday, I had the alternator tested. The new alternator was bad, so I replaced it. O'reilly's tested it on and off the Yukon and it failed miserably. Today, the Yukon is dead again. In addition to that, it got hot on my wife last friday. So I stuck a new water pump, belt, & thermostat on it this week. I think the thermostat just got stuck, but I figured with 160,000 miles I'll just do all of it now. all of the hoses are still in prestine condition so I left them alone. The belt was a replacement as well as the water pump. I got an AC Delco water pump and Gates belt & thermostat. I ordered both the positive and negative battery cables for it. Both are AC Delco parts. Maybe that will solve the 12V issues.

I scanned the Yukon with HPTuners and I'm getting code PO449. No Check Engine Lights.
Why am I not getting a check engine light but codes are popping up??

Pending or history codes won't show the light. It may be waiting for a 2nd error before it trips the light.

Most DTC's are set to trip the light on 2nd error within a time range of maybe 40 starts. Once a point like that is reached, it can reset on it's own and show no pending codes.

Disconnect battery, turn ignition to ON- leave it like that for a half hour then reconnect everything. This will clear the memory of pending codes. Should normalize things for awhile. Hope this helps...............

Front brakes started acting like they needed to be replaced. So I swapped out the rotors and pads. The next day, noticed some noise from the rear, they were the worst. Here is the driver side rear rotor, it's the only one that looked bad. I had to grind on the caliper bracket to keep it from grinding on the new rotor. I'm pretty sure it ruined the rotor that I pulled off too.

The Yukon is still dying randomly. We plug it into the battery charger every night. Dealer can't find anything wrong with it.
I'm going to try to replace the body control
module next

Something's not right there man. Caliper bracket shouldn't need ground to not interfere with the rotor. Can you compare both rear rotors and caliper brackets.
