After u dropped it 3", have u pulled or hauled anything since? What does the rear end look like. My fear is, w the stock +3" there's plenty of room for sag, but if lowered 2-3", does it look stupid w all that sag, or does it help w sag since your closer to the leafs?

I used the belltech shackles and took out the factory spacer summer 2007. Link here, its the last pic. http://members.shaw.ca/timcr/2007.html
It sits a bit lower in the back now as has been 4 years since all this was done, no issues. I drive hard sometimes too, love the cornering. Towed one car to a show, carried a big block with tranny (-800lbs or so), several loads of 500-600lbs construction stuff, etc, no issues.
I did have to put in 2 degree shims though, not sure why, seems most people don't need them.
I didn't trim my bumpstops and I have hit them several times when loaded. Mostly the loads I carry are pretty light so not concerned.
Trailerhitch is bolted on.
On my truck I undid the bed and lifted it to get those bolts out. Not gonna be bending or trimming a 3 month old truck. BTW, I think GM puts those bolts in that way so should the nut come off, the bolt cannot fall completely out, so its a failsafe setup. You see that a lot on aircraft, things are designed to be retained even if the attachment part fails. Also makes it a PITA to work on.
Thinking of trading in, but this truck has been great. Also would have to redo all the mods again...

I have a quick question, and it may be overthinking. I have side-exit exhaust, and it sits close to the leafs on the passenger side. When I lower it 2" in the rear, does the exhaust move with the body? Will it keep the same distance from the pickup bed, or will it stay where the frame is?
