I'm looking to buy a truck and I can't find one anywhere.

Anyone know where I can find one of these? I'm even considering a "vacation" to go buy one now.

GMC Sierra/Chevrolet Silverado 1500 extended cab 69" box 4x4 (TK10553/CK10553)
head curtain side-impact airbags (ASF)
roof-mounted lamp provision (TRF)
6.0L engine and 14SF rear axle (L76)
6L80e transmission and trailering equipment (Z82)
20" wheels minus the wheel credit (S84)

Nah, I wanted it for auxiliary lighting.

I ended up getting a EC standard box Silverado with a 6.0L/6speed and everything the NHT package gets you that you can order separately. Got the brake controller instead.

Congrats. I'm gonna wait a few more weeks to see what 2010 has in store for us.

Probably going to be waiting a bloody long time, especially if they shut down any more plants. I'd be surprised if there are any worthwhile upgrades for 2010 and the lack of incentives now make me glad I bought when I did. At the time I had planned on waiting until Fall to buy a severely discounted 09 or a slightly discounted 2010.

So I bought some 16" Tahoe wheels to try out. They don't fit over the rear discs at all. It's not even close. I'd have to grind off a solid 3/8" of the caliper body to make it happen and have some room. It's probably 1/4" of interference.

I wanted 16s because the wheels are cheap (I got those Tahoe ones for $125) and the rubber is cheap. 17s are just as expensive as 20s. Might as well get the dubs, yo.
