You can do the same thing with an Autocal (pull the TUNE, not chip) and reload the factory tune. Oh well. Which Diablosport programmer are you using?

i have been kicking around the idea of a tune but my concern is my warranty. i had the understanding that if it was looked for they could identify any change from factory even if it was changed back. leaves a watermark/time stamp kinda thing. is there a guaranteed tune/programer that 100% can not be seen if taken in for work?

All tunes can be seen while installed. However, it has recently been established that once the PCM has been reflashed back to stock, the dealer is unable to see whether or not it has been changed on the 2007-2011 trucks. The Global A PCM setup on the new Camaro (and many other new GMs) maintains some sort of data regarding tuning, but not our trucks. Do a search, it has been thoroughly discussed on here; I don't have a lot of time today or I would link it myself.
