I used to run NGKs TR55s with MSD wires on LS1 and then on my LQ4 HD I did as well. When I got this truck I did NKGs again on the factory's wires when I got her at 60,000 miles. After headers I did 100,000 miles service and went stock plugs and wires. Honestly I feel it runs better with stock.

Yea, unless you are planning to spray, stock plugs work great. Honestly, I think my stock plugs from the factory performed best and balanced over duration. I'm spraying now, so I went colder.
