Today during one of my summer classes are area got hit with a ton of rain and serve lighting storm. after getting out of class i got in my truck and tired to start it when as soon as i would insert the key and move it towards the aux the truck would try to start on its own...i tried several times till in one turn it fired on but i had no lights in dash expect the service engine going on and off like crazy and the info reading service stabile track and traction control. i was able to drive for about 5 min when the truck just shut down complete... then it rebooted but only the lights would turn on and it wouldn't not turn over.... i have already checked every fuse inside and out and there is none broken... any advice from a tech or anyone please chime in...
Thanks in advanced Jimmy..

As Budhay3s told me before blinking check engine light is a misfire, and it happened to me too (StabliTrak and Traction service), there wasn't any thunder storms here so it was from the ignition wires.
If its under warranty, I would say bring it to your dealer asap.
