The Vararam isn't hard at all to install takes less than 15 minutes to pull out stock intake and install Vararam.

an for 5-8hp gain im not gonna spend that much cash, sorry.

anyone running a Dash hawk or anything that can monitor the IATs and YOU ARE running that vararam intake? my IATs are 3-10* over outside temps. mine doesnt heat soak very bad either, the most ive seen is 118-122 sittin in traffic with 96-97* weather, but once i get to moving ill drop to 100-110 on the really hot days if not cooler

Marylandspeed.com has vararams for $258 free shipping. Which is actually cheaper than most store bought cai, but if you like to make your own thats cool you def can make an intake cheaper.

I think it was crew cabs breaking shafts cause of the length. single cab should be fine.

nope, M3rst broke his on the dyno. Tall tire + Tall gear + HIGH MPH = exploded.

if your going to go 110+ with the aluminum driveshafts id recommend upgraded u-joints, and get it balanced.

im still swapping to a 2 peice FTW
