07 engine swap

Default 07 engine swap

i was wondering if any one knew what i needed to bolt a 6.0 from an 08 vortec max to my 5.3 liter truck if my harness works or need to swap something out

are you getting the intake too? if its got L92 heads i wont work with your 5.3 intake. if it has VVT an you wanna go to a regular cam then you'll need your front timing cover. everything else is a simple swap other than the Flywheel.

i bought a complete engine it has all the front brackets too just dont come with the allt and compressor has wiring harness too with intake and tb but dont want to swap the harness rather keep mine

then its an easy swap. does it have DOD or VVT? im not sure what those have in the Vmax.

i wanna run ya after i get my truck back together

will work something out about running them i heard the company i was with is giving us more work there in st james want to go back had some fun in gonsalez racing
