Default 07-08 v6 to v8 help nnbs

I’ve searched for days every where about a v6 to v8 swap for the nnbs and can’t find anything i keep finding the nbs 99-06. Also read something about fpcm on newer trucks

I have a nnbs 07 v6. What I want to know is the swap basically the same has the 99-06. I no I need to use a v8 from 07 our newer cause of the reluctor wheel. If I got a 07 an up engine and harness what else I need I no they say the ecu can be tuned for it.

I found a complete driving 08 3500 series 6.0 6l90e wondering if I just took everything harness tcm ecu cluster shifter pedal assembly. If that swap is possible.

Our just want a simple v8 5.3 4.8 i no I have to deal with the dod afm. I just need some help on if I can pick up a 07-10 ish motor with a harness and all of that’s all I need besides all the other stuff I read I have to deal with. Say I got a complete 6.2 with everything can I just swap it all to our that’s more involved

Also going to do a 4l80e gonna use a harness to make it simpler for me. I no all the stuff I need for that swap. Using the tcm from a 4.8 2500 series Chevy express.

since the cargo vans 07-08 come with 4.8 4l80e can use use the entire swap. Without needing to re wire pin harness and buy adapter harness?
