I was wondering what would be involved to convert the second row bench seat to captins chairs on a 2003 Yukon denali? Is it a direct swap or is some Fab involved?

 

If you have one, go out and measure the pattern on the front seats, then do the same on the rear. Should be minor fab work if any to get them in. Not sure about the wiring though other then needing hots and grounds.
