i have talked to someone at your office.but i cant seem to get this resolved.i had a trans go shift kit installed at the red bluff location.it shifted way to hard and i returned it to tone it down.i got it back and it was fine for one day.it began to slip in third gear. i returned it to the facility again.i wanted to pick it up but he talked me into letting him fix it.i picked it up today and it is still slipping when shifting into third gear.i did not purchase a warranty since it was not offered to me.it seems as if the shift kit was removed but my transmission is still slipping.i want it to work like it did before i had the service performed.i believe that you are responsible for making it work like it did before i dropped it off.this is turning into a nightmare for me.i believe that i should be reimbursed for my troubles.i plan on doing my best to make sure no one gets service from any of your centers.

THIS SUCKS. i am going to have to take it somewhere now to get it fixed.that is what i sent the main office and they refuse to help me.man.i just want to ring there neck.

i wish i could go else wheres also but im stuck with this one so at least i have a warranty. sorry for your luck.
you need to get the whole thing overhauled.
you can use that excuse with the wife. but then again i just remembered what you and her are tryin to do.

my side.hell it doesnt work. that is my side. when i get on it and it shifts into third it tachs out and falls on its face. what more of a staory do you need .

 

Hey man, You two guys need to get together and go to the better business buraeu (sp). Don't forget. Keep calling, keep complaining. They will pay to have it fixed. There are certain rights you have as a consumer and you need to exercise them. So scoot on down to the nearest BBB office, and see what you can do! BTW, 02denali, nice bottom pic Did you do that or someone else, cause i would like one also........
