M&H makes a drag radial too in a 275/55 16 that'd be perfect; its 28" tall so its a little less than you want but would work well with a 6" rear drop. Its not a true street tire but it'd work:

haha I run those at the track with only a 2" rear drop... they look TINY!

Oh ****; I just remembered.

You can get a Pirelli in a 285/65 16 that's 30.5" tall; Continental makes a tire that size too.

Or you can go with Goodforayear's in a 285/60 that's 29.5-ish; and BFG makes the Radial TA in that size now as well.
