Anyone know of any junkyards around their neighborhoods that might get wrecked newer LS1 based trucks. I live in Memphis TN and can't locate a junkyard that has even seen one of these trucks come through.

I have a 2wd 3.42 open differential

I want the 3.73 or 4.10 with stock locker that I believe is standard on the Z71.
Don't want to have to spend over a grand on buying brand new parts and installation fees.

A locking diff does not come standard on Z71 trucks, it's an option. Check these two places out:
