Go to the police station - make a police report - he left the scene of an accident - let the police deal with him.
Call your insurance co - they we subrogate him for your damages.

fyi - sugar does not work 90% of the time - sugar does not disolve in gasoline unless there is a high concentration of water

you know thinking about this you could pull a jedi mind trick first.
just leave a small used bag sugar and a old gas can on top of his truck.
let him go through the expence of towing and flushing the system out then zap the tank, the key holes, the tail pipe, and a gas cap after he gets the truck back from the shop.

lmao the jedi mind tricks are funny. and you wouldnt get in trouble for it either 
im more willing to try that.
im not planning anything any more. its just a bunch of bullshit that dosent need to get any farther out of hand. now hes telling the insurance company that i was speeding and that he was 90-100% out of his parking spot when I RAN INTO HIM!!! there was a stop sign 15 feet in front of me so how was i speeding???? and he was no more than 2 feet out of his spot before HE HIT ME
the pictures will prove it.
i do plan on knocking on his door and politely telling him that hes a chicken **** ******* for what he tried to do to me when this is all over. i would expect this from someone my age but the man is 57 years old!!! man up and admit your screw up
what sucks is i wont be able to get my truck into a shop for another 2 weeks, and until then my bed is duck taped together i beleive duck tape is one of the best inventions ever!

that sucks dude, had my T/A hit in my college parking lot and no one confessed, luckly claimed in under a hit and run and got it fully fixed, then 4 months later, some one hit the explorer and drove off, i hate this crap, here is a pic from the t/a
