well that sucks

allstate has been good to me so far with my accident totalling 4000

Isn't it such a rip off! I am fine with my company, but the entire scheme of insurance is garbage! Here you pay me for nothing and if you make me pay you back 1/10th of what you have paid me I will drop you. Sound good? No? Oh, too bad. You have too
sums it up good.

Insurance companies do suck. They're a bunch of rip-off artists. Ryan, you hit the nail straight on the head. It's too the point where do you hope you never have to file a claim. Michigan is now no fault insurance too so matter who's at fault you're still paying and your rates go up.

When I recently bought my 86 Chevy truck my insurance company gave me a bunch of crap and made me take pictures of it because they wanted to know why I needed a loan for such an old truck. Hey genious's, maybe it's because I don't have $4000 in my pocket!? I didn't want to pay from my savings either so I financed it. What really pissed me off was that we had already removed the box to do body work.

I talked with my insurance guy again today and he got it taken care of.

It got cut in MORE than HALF!!!!!!! Still higher than most of you but, much more reasonable than it was before. $2200 for full coverage on a '01 Camaro SS and a '00 GMC Sierra. I live pretty close to Washington D.C. also so rates are a little higher than normal around this area(lots of bad drivers)

I have a court date for a speeding ticket on June 22 now too. Got my record cleared just in time. It was a 3 point ticket but, the cop dropped it to a 1 point violation and told me to show up in court and it would probably be dropped to just a fine and court cost.

INSURANCE COMPANIES STILL SUCK though.

I must be lucky.. I have three speeding tickets on my record in the last year and a half.

My insurance guy helps me do build up stuff on my truck,he has a 69 camaro with a LS1 and a Lifted 04 QC SB Duramax. so he understands what I am goin through. He has only raised my rates 15$ a month.
