Default wiper sprayer keeps getting plugged

2002 silverado

the driver's side wiper sprayer keeps getting plugged up, not letting any washer fluid out. i'll spray some alcohol into the tip, let it melt the ice, and then everything works fine. but it's just a matter of time before it gets plugged up again with this cold weather! how do i fix this situation!!??? driving me nuts

Is your washer fluid diluted with water? I use straight washer fluid this time of year...pretty much most of the time. If your washer jug is full, I guess you could always pull the washer pump out of it and try to drain it out...be careful not to break the pump.

nah i've always used proper washer fluid. the passanger side always seems to work fine. only the tip is getting plugged up, but the passanger side doesn't. ((shrugs))

Is the hose kinked, or maybe some wax stuck in the end of the nozzle?

yeah just a little bit of air through the tube. a little, or you will blow the connection off. unhook the hose and blow through the hood cowl side.
