Exclamation Window streaks

I have a 00 GMC Sierra Z71. The driver's window has pretty noticeable streaks down it and I've noticed this on many similar trucks. Is there a way to get rid of these without replacing the window? I'm getting all of the windows tinted soon and would like to get this fixed before I do that.

Also, Both windows tend to roll up pretty slow...will a new window motor fix these like on the F-body's? Thanks ahead for the help guys!

50/50 mix of distilled water and WHITE VINEGAR! Your truck will smell like a pickle but it'll take water spots off so fast you won't ever know they were even there. Also works for removing hard water spots off paint as well. Wax after cleaning

For the windows rolling up slowly, you could try some silicone spray in the window run. If that doesn't help, a new window regulator probably will. I replaced my driver's side reg when it broke, and afterwards it was night and day faster than the passenger's side. A few months later I did the passenger's side just to keep them even lol.
