Why wont my heater go off i turned the AC on for the first time and nothing but heat!

Yea that happened to my old truck every once in awhile. I thought it was the heater control **** panel, or whatever it is officially called. I got rid of the truck before I fixed it though. :nunchuk1:

The actuators need to be calibrated with a Tech 2 scan tool. They need to relearn their positions otherwise they are erratic. It is a simple 3 minute procedure. Most shops charge 1 hour labor.
What do I need to tell the tech at the dealer? I'm almost positive the ones here won't have a clue.
