why do all the 05's get to come with 17's...

im thinking because dodge and ford rim sizes standard are 17 s so chevy has to catch up .

I would much rather them go back to 15" rims, and 5 lugs

The 05 have an inch bigger front rotors so 17" wheels are needed to clear the calipers.

according to gm, 16's will not clear an 05' 1500 caliper.
