I think you are making a bad decision about leaving the site. Being on this site and your truck makes you happy. To not be around something that deals with your truck will make you very unhappy. I have heard crap from my wife before about moddig my truck and as you can see from my sig, my truck doesn't have a lot of mods. I don't spend a lot of money on it but when I do get some extra cash, my truck is this first thing that I think about. I have told her that I would get rid of it and get something else but she understands that my truck makes me happy, along with her of course, and would not allow it. So don't leave the site, you will regret it in the end.

Yeah dude dont give up, at least do what i did and stop posting up when you dont have money...really i just didnt even click on the site. I had my whole project in front of me and was ready to do everything then my gril was talkin future this and that and we need a house and bla bla bla. geez it never stops....theres alwayz something. but you know what seperates the winners from the losers.... The winners always come back with a better plan and the losers just dont show again!!! So what im sayin is you didnt lose anything in this transaction, not friends, not parents, not your ego unless you let it eat at you, and you damn sure didnt lose your respect! So what!!!, you had a bad experience but we all have... I was a victim of the Nick Root situation in which he kept alot of peoples money and never sent any items... needles to say a few mods stepped in and i got my part as for the others well i can speak for them, but the point is I'm still here!! Dont Give Up when your down, give up when you're good and ready

Yea man, what he said... You can keep coming here. You just have to be able to control your urges. I'm about to stop modding my truck because, I see some of the features on the new trucks that I really like. This makes me think... Maybe I should stop modding and spending money because I'll be trading it in soon. Of course, I can't afford a new truck at the moment but it helps me control my cravings. By the way, before I found this site, I thought I had about all the bolt ons I could get for my truck. So I wasn't spending anymore money on it. Thanks alot guys

You guys are evil. I was planning on leaving my truck alone, and now I am looking for ways to do a cam install without my parents finding out

Don't worry about it man, you did what you had to, and tried to make it right.

Dude, you did the stand-up thing in light of the situation, reimbursed all charges and all . I can see the other's guy point of view too, but ****- we've all been there at one time or another.

Yup, gotta respect the folks, at least while you're under thier roof.

Like someone said, if you're gonna do these things w/o their blessings.... better CYA a little better !!!!!

Man.... this ****'s worse than crack !!!!!!

The only reason I got mad at him was because I wanted to see the tracking number that he got for sending it next day. When he never would produce one I got suspicious. Also I'm not sure if he realises how things work (as far as buying and selling) because you usually pay for things before you recieve them. Name one place that will give you something and let you pay for it later w/o some sort of contract. The agreement was that I would ship it to him COD since FEDEX only does COD air if you have a deal with them online and I didn't have anything with them I had to send it and trust he would pay me. When I got home on tuesday and had no tracking number thats when I called him. It's not my fault he didn't get me the tracking number or respond to any of my PM's so I started calling the numbers he called me from. I finally got the one that was his dad. And I didn't just hang up I said ok thank you and then hung p. I totally understand not wanting to ruin your relationship with your dad, I don't expect you to. What I did expect you to do was follow through with the deal, I was at work so I wasn't going to get in to a big deal with you about how this works there. I was mad only because now I am still waiting on FedEx to bring it back to me and I have to unpack every thing and make sure nothing was damaged in shipping befor I can re sell it. I have lost time and money doing this with you. I have had time to cool off and am no longer mad at you. If you had just told me not to say any thing to your parents then I would have understood. If I had known you were Jr I would have asked for Jr. I am sorry you got in to trouble that is not what I wanted at all. So please don't stop posting on here. I will edit my last post to remove the inappropiate line.

I don't think anyone did anything wrong here. Everyone is getting there stuff/money back so it all turned out good. I can understand your frustration and I can understand onequicks frustration. Just a deal that got messed up by extra circumstances coming into play.

You both handled it pretty good and everything is working out so I don't think anyone blames either of you for your post.

Thanks guys for handling this good and not blowing up at each other.

Supercharged, I was going to send you the tracking number on the letter Tuesday night when I got home from work. I sent it on my way to work on Tuesday at 5:00 in the evening, and I dont get home till around 9:00 at night. As soon as I got home I was going to get on the computer to send you the tracking number.
