who has an Optima Battery?

Default who has an Optima Battery?

just put one in my truck yesterday and i can't get it fastened down very good like the stock one. it jiggles real easily. anyone have this problem? what did you rig up to fix it?

I used my stock stuff and mine dosent move at all. I have a redtop.

i have a yellow top, but it should be the same exact battery size, just a deep cycle. i put the stock thing back in the is supposed to hold the battery in place, but the battery still moves. did you wrap the foam covering around the battery that was around the stock battery?

Keuka, so you're saying that the black plastic piece isn't holding it down securely?
I just swapped mine out, no problems. The black plastic piece is supposed to go over the bottom lip of the battery and you just bolt it down.

i did not have a prob either. did you make sure you had the front lip of the battery under the hold? i also thought i heard at one time they had diffrent sizes or something dont know though.
