I already have an Olympic size weight set and a bench that holds it but I want want something difference. Hopefully after getting something like this I will get my *** back into working out....

 

wow.. the second one has a good price... and personally i think it would be good to be able to do lats with a cable such as that...

I would go with the second one and add the dip entension bars.

well all u really need is a bench at home. everything else u can do with free weights. the only thing i see that will come to use is the pull bar, u can do alot of **** with that
