Mine came about with the 2000 year coming and everyone worring about the computers and stuff on New Years Eve. Alot of our computers at work had stickers on them that said "Y2K OK". So I figered I had a 2000 Silverado and just came up with "Y2K Silverado".

My first LS1 based vehicle was a '00 Camaro SS. It was pretty quick with a nice stall, headers, and most of the bolt ons.
I was going to get a personal license plate that read XLR8NSS(accelerating SS) and figured that would be a good name on the forums too. That car has passed on to a better place though now.

Then I picked up a '01 SS so I kept the name and now I have a Step Side truck that will be able to accelerate one of these days
so the name still fits.
