Default Wheel adapters and backspacing.

Hey guys, I have a 2004 Sierra 2wd RCSB. I'm looking at wheel adapters that convert to the F Body style 5x4.75" bolt pattern to run the racestar industries wheels. The adapters are 2" thick

Would the drag star in a 15x8, 4.5" backspace and a -25 offset sit flush? I plan to run a 275/50/15, oh and the truck is a disk brake rearend.

For the fronts, 17x4.5, with 1.75" backspace and -25.4 offset.

Sorry for the basic questions but I don't quite understand backspacing and offset, just want to make sure I order the right wheels. Thanks!!

I cant offer any advice on the spacer question, but there are a lot of guys going with the 5 lug conversion on their hubs/axles that let them run the Camaro/Corvette spacing without the use of adapters.
