I checked into this once before.I can't remember the price but I know they were fairly pricey.I was told they were unsafe.I decided I was better off to go and buy the right wheels.Plus it throws the offset off on the wheel and they will stick out. Just my 4 cents.

Check with Red53gmc. He put Vette wheels on his truck and it looks damn good. I do remember the price getting over $500 for a set of adapters though.

yeah i was hoping paul would see this as well as get some of you other guys opinions. the price thats in my mind is like $575 or so but i'm wondering if that was one of paul's infamous deals from the numerous people he knows, or if thats just everyday price for an average joe. the adapters are costly no doubt, but if i can find a good deal on the wheels i want then it should even out.

Mix is right about the safety issue. If your racing I would pass. On the street you would be ok. As far as cost goes I think you can even order spacers from PepBoys for $499.99 + shippping. They should not be that hard to find and should not run you more than $600 for custom applications

$575 everyday price. I wouldn't recommend them for drag racing either, but I have had no problems whatsoever with them on the street. Good ones are pricey, though. Don't go AIM.

BTW, depending on the wheel and backspacing on it, you may have to cut the lug bolts some. I had to grind off the part that is not threaded...about 1/2-3/4 inch or so.

oh i wouldn't use them at the track. if i get some 18s i'm gunna use my stock wheels with some sort of better tires for the track. i was just making sure they were ok for everyday use.

thanx for the help guys
