what would you do? (e-bay issue)

I did not know exactly where to put this so Ok, here's the deal. I scored a navigator console on e-bay for $67.00 and buyer to pay actual shipping. I e-mailed the seller after the auction numerous times to get a total with shipping and after 3 days she e-mails back and says 24-48 hours and I will have my total. I e-mailed her explaining that I was getting nervous about this because normally it shouldn't take this long to get a total.
Finally got a total today - $67.00 for the console and $128.00 for shipping. I then checked UPS for a estimate and put larger dimensions in for the size of the box and also the weight @ 40 lbs. The measurements and weight are larger than it should be but I wanted a worst case scenerio. UPS ground from CA to MI was $40.55 - WTF?
I e-mailed her and told her that the shipping was unnacceptable and also told her what I found out on the UPS website. I haven't heard back yet.
I am thinking about bailing but I really don't want the negative feedback that she will probabally leave. I also e-mailed her prior to the end of the auction about shipping but they never responded (should have been my first clue) but all of them on e-bay are between $35.00 and $45.00 so I figered i'd be safe. Oh, She is new to e-bay with no feedback. I know, I know.
Any suggestions?
Thx.

Being as you won the auction. You could leave negative feedback and explain why. I would also contact Ebay about the circumstances. That is ridiculous, I wouldnt deal with the person at this point at all.
