What brand of spark plug wires and plugs are good for a turboed 408?

By stock wires do you mean from the dealer? Mine have 40K+ miles on them right now so I think they are do for a change.

40k nah... They aren't DUE until 100k along with the spark plugs.

Yes, factory wires. Mine have a total of about 200k on 3 different motors. They are still working fine.

Mine look pretty bad plus I am getting a P0300 misfire code so I want to eliminate the wires and plugs as the cause. They were doing fine on the 5.3L but now that the 408 is on I am getting that CEL. Maybe they were not installed correctly.

Get an ohm meter and check them. You may have a bad wire.
