With a 2009 truck, it had better not burn oil....
My tahoe has 80k miles and ive been putting mobil 1 synthetic since 27k miles so your telling my motor is getting bad?

i have a big cam and its supercharged and i get on it alot so that has nothing to do with the oil burning up a lil?

I know that the oil type wont matter with oil consumption, but I have seen some newer engines that do burn 1/2 qt to 3/4 qt between changes. Its normal for some consumption, Im just glad i don't have any.
