Do you have them on a stock 7" wheel or are wider wheels necessary?

question here...i dont mean to change the course of the thread....if someone can just PM me the answer, i'd appreciate it....I'm looking to see exactly how far a set of 28" slicks/et's stick out close to the inner rear fender lip. I'm just wondering if i run 28s if i'm going to have to lift the rear of my truck up so they'll fit with the 8" of drop in the rear.

I ran the 28x10x16 Hoosiers on stock wheels for a while, 6" flip kit and 2" shackles with air shocks. They would tuck pretty good on launches, no problems at all, except for hooking. Now I run them on 16x10" wheels and they stick out so I got caltracks and set the shackls to 1" to keep them from rubbing but am thinking on going back to using the stockers cause the wide wheels sure make a mess.
