Default What shocks to run on lowered 4x4

I've trying to find some opinions or experience with what shocks people run on a lowered 4x4. I have an 05 Sierra extended cab. I'm doing a 2/4 drop and want to do the shocks while I'm there. The drop I'm doing is 2" drop shackles and 2" drop leaf springs in the back and 2" drop spindles up front. I don't want to sacrifice ride quality but I don't mind a slightly stiffer ride. I will also be running the air bag helper kit. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you want better than stock ride quality at up to a 6" drop then I recommend some coilover shocks in place of the torsion bars in front. I make a bracket kit so its a bolt on deal, see my sig for more details or send me a PM.

To answer your question directly, I run QA1 coilover shocks on the front of mine, but Viking shocks would also work great.
