What ohm range doe the gas gauge work on??

I have a 1999 rcsb with a 5.3L and was thinking about installing a fuel cell, but was wondering what ohm range the fuel gauge works on so I can order the right sending unit.

Either 40-250 or 250-40, depending on the year. I don't remember exactly. I'm sure Sir Richard will chime in.

99-02 was 250full, 40empty
03+ is 40full, 250empty

If you want the 03+ one I have a spare...

I dont get why the 99-02 one is like $15, but the 03+ one is $100. They look identical.
