What to do with Nelson tune when selling the truck?

What to do with Nelson tune when selling the truck?
I will not get any more money from the truck with the Nelson Tune so I would like to remove it. Does anybody know how this works. I could go to Nelson to have it put back to stock but what happens after that? Can I resell it through him? Maybe get some credit for it? I would like to give the tune to my cousin but he has an older 4.8 vs my LQ9 04. Any ideas?

The tune is a selling point why the buyer would want your truck and not someone else's.
