i live in The Woodlands (north of houston), what is there to do on fri, sat, sun....when ever, at night, im so sick of nothing to do, where do yall go....

well, as far as racing goes, there isn't much to do up there, or down here at that......

As you know the entire racing scene in this city has gone to crap......hopefully it'll come back up one day in the future.......

But as far as the scene goes, there really isnt too much to do right now, unless you're really into imported rice.

Last night me, a friend, and "really slow truck" ventured out to Pasadena.....wasn't bad for a hang out...... talked trucks all night.......

 

i do know one place to go around where i live, well two...people get together i think on Friday nights in Oak Ridge (there is a little strip center) people bring all there cool cars, hot rods, trucks, you name it it is there. Also people go up to 3D preformance at night and hang out, and thats it, i didnt know if there was anything else...

Yeah I mean, there ARE places, airtex, 3d, rankin, etc.etc......

but I haven't been up north in awhile, and I just keep hearing its down hill......

I've gone up several few times this year, and just was bummed out.......I admit, I'm just a bit spoiled from the days in the past, where you could watch highly modified cars, run for hours on end.....and see a car show every weekend.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

 

yeah, thats how it use to be. but now all the damn kids with the imports and the highschool kids go to all those places, and it messes it up for the rest of us that just flat out enjoy it. i dont go to those places anymore cuz the people there are just stupid and attract the cops <img border="0" alt="[guns]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_guns.gif" /> and all the under age kids drink.. not a good sign to stay and hang out if you know what i mean.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />
