zo6 for sure. i always have to get the best of trim of whatever model i get otherwise when you go to splurge on it and you will youll wish youd had the better model to start with.

but then id have to get the zr1. it bugs me that i cant but i really like making a vehicle my own and with the zo6 or the zr1 there are less choices. id love the z06 but i think i could do more with less money with a base engine.

The LS3 is a cam swap away from high 10s.

The LS7 is capable of running high 10s bone stock. With the right driver at the right track at the right time of the year it has been done on stock runflats.

Honestly, buy whatever you can afford. If you can only afford an LS2 car, then get that. They are great cars and very fun to drive

if you were to just use it for the track, i would say a just a c6. but if you will take it out around town and through some tight canyon turns, get a zo6. to me its the best all around package and just plain dead sexy.

I prefer the z06 just becouse it has more head room. but then again i'm 6'6.

Nice low miles used C5, slap a nasty stroker motor and turbo kit on it and have it done for under 30K easy.
