i dont have to worry about that. turbos are for the guys who cant handle the torque of a blower or a stroker

Do I understand correctly that a transbrake cannot be used on a 4L60 series transmission?

IIRC a direct flame will cook the blades and housing of turbo's over time. They can handle heat of course as we've all seen turbo's glow but the temperatures from a direct flame is more than what turbo's were designed for. For turbo's that have coatings on the blades it will cause it to crack which will give a slight imbalance to the wheel and screw up your bearings.

rossler makes a t-brake for our transmissions....but can the transmissions handle the t-brake

yall dont think the 4l65 will handle the t brake and spraying off the line its built tranny???????

the worlds strongest built 4l65 can BARELY handle shifting with out slipping. And even that is only good for a few months, aa Bill?

we have a local guy that has a 60E that he built in his Fbody that touchs 8s in the 1/4 mile. he has a transbrake and leaves on 2 wheels.

wish i had that kinda luck with one...
