Welp oil cooler lines are leaking..again
4 years ago I replaced my oil cooler lines on my SSS. They are leaking again at the crimp points. I was wondering if anyone made a an style kit to switch over to? I tried searching but am not finding what im looking for. any help would be great. Or if you know what fitting I should use to go compression to an on the steel part of the factory line?

I cut away the crip area of the hose ends, removed the hose and then used an oil approved hose and regular hose clamps, going on 10 years now on two different trucks with no leaks. I used a cut off wheel in a grinder and cut around the outside of the crimp at the base then a cut from the hose to the cut and peeled off the crimped metal then cut the hose away, under/in the hose is a barbed section of pipe. Best done off the truck of course but really easy to do and no leaks.

Its a bad design cheap manufacturing process. They are all crimped and they all will eventually leak. I bought dorman brand but maybe the oem ac delco would of held up better. Either brand will leak. I am looking for a better way. Might have to go the route Little Bear mentioned.
