weight reduction thoughts?!

My list

Sway bar is removed, went from iron block to aluminum block, relocated battery under bed, removed tow hooks, battery tray, tray under intake system, jack and tools, spare and winch, plate winch bolts to, crossmember between bed and cab, evap system, built a custom fuel cell to go where spare was, swapped rear bumper for rollpan, center jump seat removed

do they make a front bumper thats all plastic? that would save some weight taking off that heavy metal bumper.

no but ive considered making one of those also, or getting a bumper cover and making brackets for it

yeah, the aluminum block is nice. That saves about 100lbs, right?

I could see a LY6 and a hair dryer in my future

take off the insulation under your hood, take your door panels off and cut away all the extra metal.

i now have a cowl hood and didnt put the insulation back in because that would have defeated the purpose of the hood..lol!

Ive also added a few lbs here and there but not really meaning to. Like the nitrous i havnt even used yet, hell the bottle isnt even filled. fog lights, hid's, Earnhardt spoiler

You could take out the passenger door window regulator, make the window solid, and just glue the crank to the door panel, if you have manual windows.
