Someone once told me Cali is like a bowl of oatmeal .. you have your occasional fruits and nuts, but all the rest is just a bunch of flakes.

I guess it takes someone from the South to not even know the difference between Corn Flakes and oatmeal....

LOL .. you knwo what they say about us ... just a bunch of ignorant rednecks.

Speakin of .. I was in a body shop earlier this week. There was a 79 Chevy Luv with a 350 in it. Nice looking truck, the motor however, looked like it was pulled out of Bubba's truck that broke down just up the road. It was old and cruded up. That just goes to show what kind of back woods bull **** goes on around here.

Back where I grew up in Michigan, once Blazer/Bronco bodies rusted out, the owners would just bolt on Vega bodies, or one off a '55 Bel Air or something.... then they would bolt a tree (bark and all) to the front and rear for bumpers.... tell me you wouldn't get out of the way if you saw a tree coming after you in your rear-view mirror in the middle of Winter...

My truck weighs around 6800lbs. It ran a 16.01 with 285's, TOG headers, exhaust, fipk, throttle body spacer, and a super chips micro tuner. I havent had a chance to run it with the cam, roller rockers, westers 93 tune, and electric fans. It sure feels a hell of a lot faster than it does at close to 7000lbs
