are f-body fuel pumps the same as the truck fuel pumps? looking to upgrade my intake fuel pump to a walbro just to reassure I always have enough fuel, on texas speed the item number for the fuel pump upgrade for the f-body and trucks are the same so Im assuming it would work. Does the fuel pump just fit into the big plastic assembly that drops into the tank?

Sure does! All you have to do is pop the 2 clips loose that hold the actual pump into the sending unit assembly, pop the old pump out and toake the line off, and change out the wiring. I hope your still looking for info on this.
